The longer you keep them away from chemical factors such as swimming pool, perfume, cream, deodorant, the longer it will preserve its color and shine.

If, any point in time, you experience dullness or tarnish in your products, our workshop is more than happy to do the maintenance.

For maintenance, you can always leave your products at our stores or send it to our workshop after getting approval by sending your picture to support@jujumood.com.

You are welcome to exchange your JUJU products with your voucher, e-invoice or gift receipt at our stores within 14 days from the date of your purchase. Exchanging your JUJUs purchased from the website is done by sending an e-mail to support@jujumood.com.
