Our products are produced with bronze, silver, 14k and 18k gold, diamonds and other various precious stones. Your Jujus may come into contact with water and sea water in daily use, but the more you keep them away from chemical agents such as pools, perfumes, creams, deodorants, the longer your products will preserve their color and shine.

Apart from these, if there is still any dullness or discoloration, we repair it in our workshop.

You can drop off your products to our stores for alteration or send a photo to support@jujumood.com and have them shipped to our workshop after receiving alteration approval.

You can exchange the products you bought from the store within 14 days from the date of purchase, together with your receipt, e-invoice or exchange card and your product. Exchange of products purchased from the website is done by sending a request to support@jujumood.com.

For products purchased from our stores:

You can return your products, whose labels have not been removed, from our stores with your e-invoice within 14 days from the date of purchase.

For products purchased from our website:

Within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, you must log in to your account, select the relevant product from the "My Orders" section, fill out the return form and ship the product you will return to our workshop.
