Standard Delivery
In standard shipping options, your orders are delivered to the address you specify via our contracted Aras Cargo. Shipping is free for orders of 3000 TL and above, shipping fee is 75 TL for orders under 3000 TL.
Returns can be made free of charge via Aras Kargo.
Order Status
When your order is confirmed, it will be sent to you via e-mail with shipping information.
To learn more about the status of your order, you can go to the My Account section and track your order online using the Awaiting Approval, Approved, Shipped and Shipment Tracking Number if it has been shipped.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to support@jujumood.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. If your order has not been shipped, your cancellation will be processed. If it has been shipped, you must initiate a return process.
Possibility of Return and Exchange within 15 Days
You can send the product you purchased from our JUJU website to us via Aras Cargo within 15 days from the invoice date. In order to initiate the return process, you must first create a return request by selecting the reason for return for the product you purchased from the My Account section and send it to us with your order number and reason for return using the Aras Cargo code in the e-mail you receive. For product returns and exchanges, the product must be unused, its original packaging must be intact, its labels must not be removed and it must be delivered to you with all its accessories as it was received. Your refund will be made immediately, but it will be reflected in your account within a maximum of 10 business days according to the procedures of your bank.
You can return your products free of charge with Aras Kargo.
Product Change
The exchange of products you have purchased from our JUJU website is only done online. You need to ship it to us by writing your order number, the changes you want to make and the address we will resend it to, to any Aras Cargo company you can go to in your region.
