Plain, stone-set or enameled, all JUJU earrings are perfect by themselves or together with JUJU bracelets and necklaces. As with JUJU bracelets and necklaces, JUJU earrings can also be created from the ground up with the metal, string, stone and enamel colors of your choosing. Cosmos Earring - Repair
Our products are produced with bronze, silver, 14k and 18k gold, diamonds and other various precious stones. Your Jujus may come into contact with water and sea water in daily use, but the more you keep them away from chemical agents such as pools, perfumes, creams, deodorants, the longer your products will preserve their color and shine.
Apart from these, if there is still any dullness or discoloration, we repair it in our workshop.
Cosmos Earring - Renovation
You can drop off your products to our stores for alteration or send a photo to support@jujumood.com and have them shipped to our workshop after receiving alteration approval.
Cosmos Earring - Change
You can exchange the products you bought from the store within 14 days from the date of purchase, together with your receipt, e-invoice or exchange card and your product. Exchange of products purchased from the website is done by sending a request to support@jujumood.com.
