The raw material used in JUJU products based on the collection is bronze, silver, 14 and 18 carat gold and other semi-precious stones. You can comfortably wear your JUJUs in shower and at sea. You can leave your products at our stores for repairs or, after receiving approval for repairs by sending pictures to support@jujumood.com, you can ship them to our workshop.

You are welcomed to exchange your JUJU products with your voucher, e-invoice or gift receipt at JUJU Amsterdam within 14 days from the date of your purchase. Exchanging your JUJUs purchased from the website is done by sending an e-mail to support@jujumood.com.

You can return the product with your e-invoice from JUJU Amsterdam within 14 days from the date of purchase.

You must log in to your account within 14 days from the date you receive the product, select the relevant product from the My Orders section, fill out the return form and send by cargo the product to our atelier.
